About me.
I studied history and secondary education at Temple University and later received my Masters in Art Education at Arizona State University.
After teaching art in the Mesa Arizona elementary schools, I became Director of Education at the Arizona Museum for Youth. As the art museum educator, I assisted in the designs of museum exhibitions and developed educational programs for children. So much fun!
In 1985 I began an exciting company. Painted Desert Art & Cultural Tours organized and led art and architecture tours in the U.S. and throughout the world for over 22 years.
I’ve studied art and taken many art workshops at Penland School of Crafts, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Scottsdale Community College, Shemer Art Center, Art Intersection, Art Academy of San Diego and the Athenaeum School of the Arts.
